It's been a little over two weeks, how do I start feeling better? I suffer from severe depression and I don't really think that this break up is helping my problem.
Any advice from other depression sufferers out there. Please, I just need a peace of mind. If you have nothing good to say, don't waste your time answering.

Do something you love to keep your mind of things, that really helps. Maybe volunteer places on the weekend, keep busy that way you have less time to think about the situation + everything happens for a reason, there is someone out there for you,

it was your depression that caused the break,,just like mine did,, im trying to keep a happy face on but sometimes it just wont come out so i know how you feel and why ppl leave and it just makes it that much worse,,but hey we still have each other right ^@^

i went through the same exact thign a coupe weeks ago. Go out with your friends and enjoy that time just take you mind off of the break up Go guy searching again it cant hurt
