Try to stay cool. Don't be over-eager around women. Since she sent you a picture it was only natural and polite to send her back a "thank you very nice picture" text. So far so good. Now you have to meet her in public, develop attraction (in her for you) and then close the deal.

You need to calm down first. You need to quit believing that this girl is more special than any other girl just because of her appearance. You need to slow down because if you keep going at the rate your going, she's going to be bored with you by Friday. If you talk to her on the phone, talk for 15 minutes and hang up. Then don't talk to her for the rest of the day. Skip a day if necessary. Don't text her first, let her text you. Set up a day to see her, then show her all of the excitement on a date so that she'll want to be around you.
Most importantly, don't be afraid to lose her.
