It does not matter if it was your fault or not, sometimes breakups just happen. They can be a real challenge emotionally, especially if you are on the losing side. It does not mean that all is lost though. Below I am going to share four tips that will help you get your ex back.
1. Casual communication
One of the last things you want is to show that you are needy by calling a hundred times a day. However, casual communication cannot hurt. There is nothing wrong with staying in touch and talking to them once in awhile. You can do this through text message, email or a brief phone call. If you are going to call, make sure you are the one that has to go and make the call quick. Let them know you have other plans but you just wanted to see how things were going.
2. Create value and meaning
Lots of relationships come to an end due to the lack of value that one person feels. If you want to get your ex back then you need to show them that you are worth it. It is up to you to prove that you are still valuable. As mean as it sounds, sometimes the best way to make yourself still seem valuable is to make your ex jealous.
3. Get dressed up
Sometimes after being in a relationship you tend to let go of yourself. You have already won the girl or guy over which eliminates any reason to get dressed up every day and actually take care of yourself. If you are going to get your ex back, you will need to start grabbing their attention again. Start going to the gym again, buy some new clothes, start doing your hair, and show some sex appeal. Not only will your appearance show, but the new found confidence in yourself will show as well.
4. Let your ex come back to you
This may be the biggest tip in the article so we saved it for the end… let your ex come back to you. Keep in touch but do not go chasing after them, create value, go out with your friends and you will develop the confidence that you need to attract your ex back. The hardest part will be giving them the time that they need to come back around but it is patience that will win them back over time.
