I'm only on like episode 90 of One Piece so have lots to catch up on. But I've seen a few clips of this character called Boa. I heard that she falls in love with Luffy and I was reading a bit of a post on a forum where someone hoped that Luffy grew to have an attraction to her and that it would be weird if he didn't since he's becoming a man.. But Luffy doesn't care about romance does he? And I don't want him to get with Boa because from what I've seen she doesn't wear very many clothes and it would totally put me off Luffy if anything happened with them.
So what's the deal?!

ya, Boa Hancock is a pirate empress, she is one of the seven warlords, she is very powerful, definitely way stronger than Luffy (and Luffy got way stronger from back where you are), she is also one of the most beautiful woman in the world in the world of OP, her beauty being outmatched only by a certain mermaid queen, and she really looks down on other people, especially men, and treats everyone like they are inferior, but always get away with it "Why you ask? it is because I am beautiful"<<that's a direct quote from her. But deep down inside, she is actually human and very sensitive, she has had one of the most horrible past, so the fact that she turned out like that is no surprise, but there is an ounce of humanity left inside of her.
for some reason that is very complicated to explain, she falls in love, and I mean madly in love with Luffy despite being older, and she is really gonna help him out do lots of stuff. but Oda made it clear that they would be NO ROMANCE in OP, so her hopes will just fall apart, Luffy don't give a crap about her, you wanna know how much he doesn't care about girls? He walked in on Boa Hancock once, as beautiful as she is, she was half naked and all he said was: "hey, what are you doing all naked and stuff?"<<just imagine if it had been….not even Sanji who is crazy for the ladies but a normal guy..!
So, no, it's not going to happen between Boa Hancock and Luffy.

hancock is not that bad, she has the medusa effect (turning people into stone) devil fruit power, and from what i've read and seen she's pretty and one of the shinibuki (i know i can't spell)

Boa Hancock, the ruler of Amazon Lily, captain of the Kuja Pirates, and Warlord of the Sea, hated all men no matter what thanks to these people that call themselves the Centennial Dragons made her their slave. Luffy, sent to Amazon LIly by Kuma via Kuma's powers, is captured and forced to fight for his survivial. Ultimately, it's his INABILITY to be swayed by her charms, due to the fact that Boa Hancock's powers do not affect him after he drops in on her in the bath….literally. She ends up falling for him because of what Luffy does to the Centennial Dragons by decking one of them in the face. At this point when she finds out, she starts falling for him. However, it's after the fact that Hancock reveals her past to Luffy and Luffy being the kind-hearted idiot that he is saying that he doesn't hate her, even though she nearly tried to kill him and three other people, does she go head over heels for him.
And OF COURSE you're not seeing all of her costumes. This is mainly due to people having very limited clips to work with. After she falls for Luffy, she puts on a much more modest dress, with a mantle, and at the White Beard War arch she's wearing a similar modest dress.
As for Luffy falling for her, most people want to see it because it's just like Goku and Chichi.
