I read this cheesy romance novel back in 1992. I kind of enjoyed it. It took place in the 1800's i don't remember much only that this girl was in a carriage accident and when she awoke she was riding on a horse with a native american man and the rest of the book follows then through their relationship if I have it right. Anyone know this book?

Do you have any idea how many historical romances have been printed since then with a similar story line? thousands. Seriously.
I would truly be surprised if someone actually remembered that particular book but good luck.
It would be a little easier if you knew the authors name or the brand of romance(Harlequin or Silhouette etc)
