After Ichigo beat Aizen I stopped watching the series. I think it's been maybe 6 months since then (my perception of time sucks) and I'm wondering if Bleach is any good right now? After looking through an episode guide my gut is telling me "no."

It's been pretty much all filler up until a few episodes ago. The new arc which follows the manga is known as the "Fullbringer Arc." I suggest you give it a few more episodes before you jump back in because it's really boring right now. In all fairness, this part was pretty boring in the manga as well.
I won't spoil anything but since Aizen was defeated and Ichigo lost his powers it's been about a year and a half– he's a senior in high school now and is living a normal life. Sounds boring, huh? Well, I won't lie– it is. It's kind of expected though, as Kubo needs to lay down the foundation for the new plot and getting us used to our new conflict in the plot, and new antagonists.
It. Gets. Better! I promise! The Fullbringer arc is actually very dark once you get to the good stuff. Ichigo is tortued and tested psychologically in a way he never has been before. However, I will say I don't like how the anime is adapting the manga so far. The animation is waaaay off, and the comedy scenes that were hilarious in the manga are dry and awkward in the anime. Those scenes were really important to distract you from how boring it is!

After Ichigo beat Aizen, there was a filler arc in the anime and a time skip in the manga. The anime is just now entering the 4th or 5th episode of the new manga chapters. The anime will probably get pretty good in another few episodes, when it gets to the part the manga is on at the moment.
Tried not to spoil anything just incase.
