Lame Pickup Lines That Men Use

Lame pickup lines are used on a regular basis by men everywhere. If you are a woman reading this then I am sure at some point you have had a lame pickup line used on you. Why men choose this way to get our attention is beyond a woman understanding.

One of the greatest that I can remember being used on me was, “Want to make like a fetus and get out of here?” I busted up laughing because I was in such shock that someone actually said that to me. It certainly did not win me over.

Lame pickup lines that I am sure that most women have heard before is, “Whats your sign?” and “Whats a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?” Those have been used so often and are so well known that I can not believe a person would seriously use either of those. If someone uses either of those lame lines they have to be joking. If they are not, run.

One time a guy approached me and he looked nice. He leaned over and said, “What is a nice girl like you doing in a nice place like this?” Then he corrected himself. It was so funny and I felt so bad for him. I let him buy me a drink, but he never recovered from his first mistake.

Have you ever been asked, “Are those real?” or “Are your eyes really that color or do you wear contacts?” No one likes this type of pick up line. No one because it is as if there is some implication that we are not genuine. I have been asked many times about my eye color. My eyes are blue. I would just prefer that a person say something nice about my eyes.

Most women do not think that men should have to use pick up lines. Yet, most men do and they use lame ones, at that. I have never thought any pick up line used on my or my friends has been smooth or good. I believe it is just their way of getting our attention somehow directed at them.
