last night I performed my best man speech to a standing ovation. However, it backfired and I began stumbling halfway through the best man speech. The wedding audience began laughing and my sweat poured out of the pores. I didn’t know what to do so I spoke a tad slower and smiled. When I let the audience know I knew what was up, a few people snickered at the horrid sight of me. I had almost ruined the wedding. Near the end, I decided to improvise with some jokes and wedding humor. The bride and groom looked at me and told me to cut it off.
