Some people want to get marital with all of the traditional things. They want the big white dress, the amazing church and wonderful party afterwards. I really do not know what it is, but I seem to have always been the odd person, but when my partner proposed to me I literally did not want any of it. I literally wanted to live out my dream and have a space themed wedding.
My story literally began when I was ten years old, I got really interested in space and that interest has forever stayed with me. I find space and planets so very interesting. Well when I turned 25 my partner announce he wanted to marry me, but when I told him what type of wedding I wanted he was shocked.
The next few months saw me organising the whole event. I had to make so may phone calls and go and see so many people to get to where I wanted to be. I can tell you what, all of my efforts completely paid off. When I initially step foot into the building I was literally blown away. All the lights were turned out and we had, what I could only describe as spotlights representing stars, there were then planets floating around the room. In front of me all I could see was a space shuttle and that was where me and my husband were going to say our vows.
If you are ready this you are probably wondering what I wore, well basically in everyones invitation we all had to dress up in white astronaut outfits, although they were quite hard to get hold of it was well worth it. It was a great day and thanks to thewedding photography it will be one that I always truly remember.
