You want your lady love back after you treated her badly. That makes you the biggest jerk and you don’t deserve her at all. This may be the awful truth. You may own up to your mistakes but you need more than that to convince her to give you another chance. You might end up alone unless you come up with a good plan.
Here’s what you need to do to get woman back:
1) Change your outlook towards women. You absolutely don’t own them. Give them the respect that they deserve. Loving women is also respecting them.
2) Treat women differently. Be chivalrous. Women like it when you are a true gentleman and treat them like royalty. If you do it right you might win them back. Don’t overdo it and be real. Smart women know if you are faking it and tell each other. This might ruin your reputation with them.

7) Show her that you have changed for the better. Your actions will speak louder than your words.
